Recruitment process
Our current vacancies are advertised online through this web-site (see current vacancies). When you apply for a position we encourage you to submit a cover letter and resume. Once applications have been reviewed only short listed applicants will be contacted and suitable applicants will be invited to an initial interview. On satisfying the criteria for the first interview candidates will then be asked back for a second interview. The second interview will be held with a Senior Manager and the initial interviewing Manager. Once interviewed, the candidates who meet the criteria for the role will be reference checked, credit checked and Police checked. When all checks are cleared the successful candidate will be offered a position with our company.

At this time we do not have the resources to support general application and are not able to keep applications on file for future vacancies. We advertise all our current vacancies online through this website. Alternatively, if there is a particular location you are interested in working with, you can telephone the Store Manager or Human Resources directly to see if there are any up and coming opportunities.

When viewing our current vacancies read the advertisement thoroughly to ensure that you meet the selection criteria. If you feel that you meet the selection criteria, then apply by sending your cover letter and resume. Ensure that all information detailed is relevant to the position you are applying for. Be honest in your application. We will verify the information that you have provided us if you are invited to an interview and again when we reference check with the referees you have provided.
Interviewing tips
If you arrive for an interview well presented and on time, and we will already be impressed. When coming for an interview with us, be prepared to bring along proof of your academic achievements, visa's and any other documentation to verify the information in your application. In the interview you will be asked a variety of questions, so support your answers by giving examples based on your previous experience relevant to the position you have applied for. During the interview we will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our company or the position you have applied for, so have some questions prepared.
Resume writing
Your resume should be clear, detailed and demonstrate your suitability to the position. Include your personal contact details so we can contact you to discuss your application. List your employment history in chronological order including dates, position titles, responsibilities and achievements undertaken in each of your previous positions. List any of your previous education and qualifications you have undertaken and with whom. We are also interested in any other information you feel is applicable to the position you wish to apply for.
